By Per Andersen, designer and founder of Eat-On-Bornholm
Three small bowls held together in a single holder create a sense of calm on the table and make it easy to serve a variety of flavours all at once. Eat-On-Bornholm’s Trio Holder combines warm wood with handmade ceramics and offers space for savoury, sweet and those treats you’ll find yourself reaching for again and again.
One container – lots of small portions
The trio holder is designed for the three bowls in the Trekløver set, which hold approximately 2.5 cl (25 ml), 5.0 cl (50 ml) and 6.0 cl (60 ml). The different sizes lend a natural rhythm to the serving and are ideal for items such as salt, butter, pesto, dips, nuts, olives and small sweet treats.
The holder is available in oak and walnut. The wood’s grain and colour tones are natural, so each holder has its own unique look. When turned over, it can also be used as a small serving board.
Mix and match the colours your way
The Trekløver bowls are available in more than eight colours. Choose three of the same colour for a subtle look, or mix and match different glazes when you want to add a bit of vibrancy to the table. As the bowls are handmade, no two are exactly alike – small variations in glaze and finish give the set a personal touch.
For tapas, breakfast and dinner

- Dessert: chocolate, berries and crunchy bits.
Caring for wood and ceramics
The ceramic bowls are dishwasher-safe. The wooden stand should be washed by hand with mild soap and dried immediately. Do not leave it to soak. Once the wood feels dry, it can be treated with an oil suitable for contact with food.
