Copenhagen

Designer Zoo

Designer Zoo has been an important part of Eat-On-Bornholm’s journey since March 2025.

At our first official trade fair at the Bella Centre, Karsten from Designer Zoo spotted us and our tableware designs. That marked the start of a collaboration that means a great deal to us.

Designer Zoo brings together Danish crafts and design from around 75 craftspeople and designers. Here you can discover a selection of Eat-On-Bornholm’s products, including ceramics, glass, wood, jewellery and homeware, all created with respect for the materials and a commitment to fine craftsmanship.

Louisiana Shop

Per Andersen at the launch of Eat-On-Bornholm at Louisiana Butik

Since March 2026, selected products from Eat-On-Bornholm have been part of the range at Louisiana Butik.

For us, it is a special honour to have been selected for a museum shop that focuses on Danish and Scandinavian design. Here, our products are seen by visitors from both Denmark and the rest of the world.

Norway

Kistefos

In the spring of 2026, Eat-On-Bornholm also made its way to Norway through our Norwegian agent, ChaKra Agenturer.

A selection of products can be viewed in the museum shop at Kistefos – a place where art, architecture, industrial history and nature come together.

It feels like a natural framework for our designs. Eat-On-Bornholm stems precisely from the interplay between materials, craftsmanship, nature and the desire to create something unique for the table.

Handmade ceramic bowls from Eat-On-Bornholm on display at the Bella Centre trade fair

December 2024

It all started with a corner of a table

The first time Eat-On-Bornholm was showcased to the public was at the trade fair Bornholm kommer til Hillerød. We were given a small corner of a table where the first visitors could see the concept, feel the materials and hear the thinking behind the serving system.

It was a modest start – but an important moment for us.

March 2025

First official trade fair at the Bella Centre

It was here that we first encountered a larger audience comprising industry professionals, retailers and design enthusiasts. It was also here that Designer Zoo discovered us.

The trade fair marked the start of a new chapter for Eat-On-Bornholm.

2026 and 2027

We're coming back

In March 2026, we returned to the Bella Centre with more products, more experience and an even stronger narrative about Danish design, inspiration from Bornholm and handcrafted materials.

We’ll be back in 2027 and look forward to once again demonstrating how wood, ceramics, glass and granite can be combined to create a personalised and unique dining experience.
