When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfilment of the agreement entered into. When completing payments, some of your data will be passed on to Nets, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.

If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send you a newsletter. You can subscribe and unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain an unsubscribe link. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a product purchase, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your data (except your email address if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your product or service.

Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

If you choose to review our website, your name and email address will be transferred to the review site Trustpilot.

We have our website at Dandomain and payment system through Nets, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in Dandomain's data centres.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

Your rights

As the data subject, you have a number of rights that we must ensure fulfilment at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
