Size 1 measures 250 × 85 × 22 mm. The dish has been treated with food-safe oil and is regularly maintained with grapeseed oil.
The design has its roots on Bornholm, is inspired by the island’s natural surroundings and is produced in Denmark. The natural grain and colour variations of the oak make each dish unique.
